The apartment is located in the heart of Florence’s historic district, steps from the city’s most visited piazzas and monuments. The apartment is bright and airy thanks to the spacious private terrace (over 35 m2) that looks out onto one of the oldest streets in Florence – a pleasant environment for morning breakfast, reading, and conversation.
Peaceful and sunny with two large windows, the studio is furnished with a double or two single beds with wooden slats, a double sofa bed, closet, bookshelf, and kitchenette equipped for four people with dishes, electric hotplates, refrigerator, microwave oven, American coffee maker, toaster and more. The bathroom contains a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. Linens for the beds, bathroom, and kitchen, a TV, heating and air conditioning, and some simple board games complete the apartment.
Recently renovated, the apartment is ideal for those who want to discover the city and offers a convenient base between museum visits and afternoon shopping nearby among some of the world’s most prestigious fashion boutiques. Countless restaurants, bars, shops, and sights are at your fingertips spoiling you with choices!
You will find all indications necessary for your stay inside the apartment (map of the city, bus routes, parking stations, food shops, laundries, restaurants etc.).
Notice: Check-in after 3.30 pm to 7.00 p.m. / Check-out by 9.30 a.m..
For all check-ins after 7.30 p.m. there will be a surcharge of 60 Euro.
No check-ins will be accepted after 10.00 p.m. and will be deferred to the following day after 9.0 a.m..
