The apartment is located on the 1st floor (lift unavailable) and was completely renovated in August 2008. It is composed of a living room with a single sofa bed (120cm wide), a loft with a single sofa bed (120cm wide, please note that no walls separate the loft from the living room, so there is a little privacy), 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed each, a completely equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a little balcony.
The apartment includes AIR CONDITIONING, TV set (TV only in Italian), washing machine, microwave, toaster, DVD player, american coffee, hair-dryer, cradle, an iron and an ironing board.
