Located on the 3th floor with an elevator, the apartment is next door to apartments A397 and A399 but have separate entrance. The apartments is bright, simply furnished, and completely functional. It has a living room with a sofa-bed, a bedroom with two single beds or a double bed if requested, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, dishes, pots and pans, and other accessories. The apartment has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, television, independent heating, and air conditioning. Internet is available upon request. Only recently renovated, this apartment is located in the historic centre of Florence, just a stone’s throw from the Duomo and all the main monuments and galleries. It is the ideal spot for visiting museums etc. in the morning and then in the afternoon visiting the myriad of shops of the world’s most famous designer names. In the quiet traffic-restricted heart of the city, it is surrounded by restaurants, bars, trattorias and food shops, everything you need for making this a memorable stay in one of the world’s most beautiful cities. You will find all indications necessary for your stay inside the apartment (map of the city, bus routes, parking stations, food shops, laundries, restaurants etc.).

For all check-ins after 7.30 p.m. there will be a surcharge of 60 Euro.
No check-ins will be accepted after 10.00 p.m. and will be deferred to the following day after 9.0 a.m..
