The Apartment is situated in the centre of Florence, near the Central Station of Santa Maria Novella, in a beautiful building from the 15th Century. It is for rent for short periods of time. The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is a lift. It is made up of a living room, a kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The flat can sleep up to 4 people. It also comes with air conditioning, washing machine and a dishwasher. Next to the main door of the flat there is also an entry phone. If needed there is also Internet at a cost of 30€ a week. There is also a Porter /Door man at the front entrance of the appartment building. The apartment is in a street in the heart of Florence. It is near the area of Santa Maria Novella from where the famous Church takes the name from. Near to the Central Station is has easy access to the centre of the city. Florentine like the Cathedral also called Santa Maria dei Fiore, which is famous for the Dome of Bruneleschi and the Bell Tower by Giotto. From the top of the Tower you can see the whole city.Another interesting point near Via de Banchi is Piazza Signoria with the beautiful Palazzo Vecchio from where the Mayor of Florence has his office. Next to Palazzo Vecchio is the famous Uffizi Art Gallery where you can find paintings by some of the most artists.
