The apartment is bright and airy thanks to the spacious private terrace (over 35 m2) that looks out onto one of the oldest streets in Florence, a pleasant environment for morning breakfast, reading, and conversation. Peaceful and sunny with two large windows, the studio is furnished with a double or two single beds with wooden slats, a double sofa bed, closet, bookshelf, and kitchenette equipped for four people with dishes, electric hotplates, refrigerator, American coffee maker, toaster and more. The bathroom contains a shower and hair dryer. Linens for the beds, bathroom, and kitchen, TV/DVD , heating and air conditioning, internet We Fi, and some simple board games complete the apartment. You will find all indications necessary for your stay inside the apartment (map of the city, bus routes, parking stations, food shops, laundries, restaurants etc.).

For all check-ins after 7.30 p.m. there will be a surcharge of 60 Euro.
No check-ins will be accepted after 10.00 p.m. and will be deferred to the following day after 9.0 a.m..
